Code and licensing references contained in BidScopes reflect our understanding at the time of publication and may not account for subsequent amendments, local jurisdiction requirements, or conditions specific to your property. Users are responsible for verifying all code, permitting, and licensing requirements with the appropriate Utah authority having jurisdiction before beginning any work.
BidScope documents remain the intellectual property of Utah Home and Garden, LLC. Users may download, complete, and share BidScopes for their own projects, including with contractors bidding that work. Users may not resell, redistribute commercially, or republish BidScope documents.
